Founded by entrepreneur Chaitanya Muppala, Manam works directly with cacao growers in Andhra Pradesh’s West Godavari district to nurture fine-flavour cacao.
The beans are fermented, carefully roasted, refined, and crafted into chocolate that highlights natural flavour rather than masking it with excess sugar.
At the Manam Chocolate Karkhana in Banjara Hills, a 10,000 sq ft experiential space, visitors can watch live chocolate-making, explore interactive cacao journeys, customise bars in a chocolate lab, and enjoy café offerings that blend craft chocolate with creative gastronomy.
Manam offers hundreds of products across bars, barks, bonbons, spreads, and more, with many editions highlighting single-farm and single-origin Indian cacao. Its mission is to put Indian craft chocolate on the global map while uplifting farmer partners and showcasing flavours that reflect their land.
